The page-switching interaction happens over a fixed period of time and is triggered when a user's head moves up or down 22° -- the lineup of icons is not in constant motion.

Due to browser limitations, the interaction shown here occurs over 300ms, but the native experience should be quicker: 100ms or 150ms.
